Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they seemed smaller than expected, especially compared to other chain hotels I've stayed in. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious though. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions like the Colosseum and the Spanish Steps. The dining experience was good, with a plentiful and excellent breakfast, although it felt more like a Bed and Breakfast setup. Despite some noise from the hallway, the central location made it convenient to explore Rome.
The hotel is very centrally located, close to all major attractions, offering spacious, clean rooms but lacking in size when fully occupied. The location's proximity to Rome's key sights is excellent, and the convenience of tasty coffee is a bonus.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were immaculate and very spacious, with a fabulous shower that I truly appreciated. The amenities like the safe, easy-to-use TV, and even cooking rings made my stay even more comfortable. The service was exceptional, with all staff being very friendly and attentive to our needs, especially Franco, Luca, and the lovely breakfast ladies. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The dining experience was not the best, but the staff allowed us to bring some items to our rooms. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities.
